HR Intern

Realty Smartz Pvt. Ltd. is looking for HR Interns to join its growing Human Resources team. This internship is ideal for students who want to gain hands-on experience across Talent Acquisition and core HR functions while building a strong foundation for a career in Human Resources.

You'll work closely with the HR team and contribute to recruitment initiatives, hiring operations, and day-to-day HR activities in a dynamic corporate environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support end-to-end recruitment and Talent Acquisition activities.

• Assist with campus recruitment drives and hiring initiatives.

• Source and screen candidates through various recruitment channels.

• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Support hiring operations and recruitment documentation.

• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and HR records.

• Assist the HR team with day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

What We're Looking For

• PGDM, MBA, BBA, or B.Com students.

• Strong interest in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.

• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office is an advantage.
