Core Responsibilities

• Support the Talent Acquisition team with sourcing, screening, and interview coordination activities.

• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.

• Help facilitate employee onboarding processes and ensure a smooth joining experience for new hires.

• Contribute to day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining records and supporting administrative activities.

• Assist with HR analytics and reporting, helping the team derive insights from people data.

• Collaborate with HR team members on ongoing projects and people-focused initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA/PGDM with a specialization in Human Resources.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Basic understanding of HR concepts and a genuine interest in building a career in Human Resources.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior internship exposure in HR or related functions.

• Interest in areas such as Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, or HR Analytics.

• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.

• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
