Core Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing candidates through various recruitment channels.

• Screen applications and support the initial stages of the hiring process.

• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.

• Support onboarding activities to help ensure a smooth joining experience for new hires.

• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and HR-related programs.

• Maintain recruitment trackers, HR records, and other documentation accurately.

• Provide support for day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holders or MBA graduates from the 2025 or 2026 batch.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently with candidates and team members.

• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR fundamentals.

• Strong willingness to learn and build a career in Human Resources.

• Immediate availability to join the internship program.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous internship exposure in HR or recruitment.

• Familiarity with MS Excel and other productivity tools.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
