Are you looking to kick-start your career in Human Resources? Sysintelli Software and Services is looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns to join the team and gain hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations.
This internship offers a great opportunity to build practical skills across talent sourcing, recruitment coordination, and HR operations while working closely with the HR team.
What You'll Be Doing
Assist with talent sourcing and screening of candidates.
Support recruitment coordination across hiring processes.
Help schedule interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Assist with HR operations and documentation.
Support employee engagement activities.
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and grow in the HR field.
Basic knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with LinkedIn is a plus.
