HR Intern – Talent Acquisition

HouseEazy is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic HR Intern – Talent Acquisition to join its recruitment team. This internship is ideal for aspiring HR professionals who want to build a career in Talent Acquisition and gain practical experience in the end-to-end recruitment process.

Working alongside experienced recruiters, you'll develop hands-on skills in sourcing, candidate management, and hiring operations while contributing to the organization's talent acquisition efforts.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support end-to-end recruitment and Talent Acquisition activities.

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.

• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Assist with candidate tracking, recruitment documentation, and hiring records.

• Support offer rollout, onboarding coordination, and recruitment administration.

• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

• Collaborate with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
