HR Intern – Talent Acquisition

HouseEazy is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic HR Intern – Talent Acquisition to join its recruitment team. This internship is ideal for aspiring HR professionals who want to build a career in Talent Acquisition and gain practical exposure to end-to-end hiring in a fast-paced work environment.

You'll work alongside experienced recruiters, supporting hiring initiatives and learning the complete recruitment lifecycle.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support end-to-end Talent Acquisition and recruitment activities.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Assist with interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, and recruitment tracking.

• Support offer rollout, onboarding coordination, and hiring documentation.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

• Collaborate with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
