HR Intern (Work From Home)

Gogal Edu is looking for enthusiastic HR Interns to join its remote HR team. This internship is ideal for students and fresh graduates who want to gain practical experience in recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement while working from home.

You'll work closely with the HR team, supporting day-to-day recruitment activities and developing hands-on skills in core HR functions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media platforms.

• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

• Post job openings across multiple recruitment platforms.

• Assist with onboarding activities and employee engagement initiatives.

• Support day-to-day HR operations, documentation, and administrative tasks.

What We're Looking For

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Pursuing or completed Graduation or MBA in Human Resources is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and coordination skills.

• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
