What You'll Be Doing
Lead end-to-end HR operations and employee relations.
Drive performance management processes across the organization.
Act as an HR business partner to leadership and key stakeholders.
Manage stakeholder relationships across departments to support people initiatives.
Lead employee engagement programs and strategic people initiatives.
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
What We're Looking For
6-10 years of experience in HR Operations and Employee Relations.
Strong experience in performance management.
Excellent stakeholder management skills.
Proven experience in HR business partnering.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
