Are you an experienced HR professional from the IT industry looking for your next opportunity? Czargroup Technologies is looking for an HR Manager to drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations.

This role offers a great opportunity to take ownership of HR functions within a fast-growing IT environment, working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead talent acquisition efforts to support hiring needs across the organization.

• Drive employee engagement initiatives to build a positive workplace culture.

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth functioning.

• Maintain HR records, documentation, and reporting.

• Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.

What We're Looking For

• 3-4 years of HR experience within the IT industry (mandatory).

• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition and HR operations.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, onsite environment.

• Willingness to work 5 days a week (Monday-Friday).
