HR Manager

About the Role

H2D Resource Solutions is looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee end-to-end HR functions and support a growing workforce. This role is ideal for HR professionals with strong generalist experience who can manage recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance while fostering a positive workplace culture.

You'll play a key role in implementing HR best practices and partnering with business leaders to drive people initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition across business functions.

• Build and maintain positive employee relations through engagement initiatives and HR support.

• Assist in performance management processes and employee development initiatives.

• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee capabilities.

• Oversee payroll coordination, attendance management, and related HR activities.

• Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labour laws and organizational standards.

• Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and ensure adherence to SOPs.

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Manager role.

• Strong understanding of recruitment, HR operations, payroll coordination, and labour law compliance.

• Experience handling employee relations, performance management, and HR documentation.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proactive, organized, and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.

• Male candidates are preferred for this position.
