HR Manager – MSW Operations

Ramky Sustainability Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced HR Manager – MSW Operations to support its Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) projects in Delhi.

This role is suited for an HR professional with strong experience in operational HR, workforce planning, employee management, recruitment, and statutory compliance. You’ll work closely with business and project teams to support workforce requirements and effective HR operations across large-scale projects.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead HR operations across MSW projects.

• Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including workforce planning and employee engagement.

• Support workforce requirements and ensure teams are adequately staffed across projects.

• Drive recruitment and hiring initiatives based on operational needs.

• Support performance management and other HR initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.

• Work closely with business and project leaders on people-related requirements.

• Support employee engagement and initiatives that contribute to a positive work environment.

• Partner with operational teams to address HR requirements and support smooth project operations.

What We're Looking For

• 10–12 years of experience in HR, preferably in operational or project-based environments.

• Strong experience in operational HR and workforce management.

• Good understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.

• Experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work closely with business leaders and operational teams.

• Strong organizational and workforce planning skills.

• Ability to manage HR requirements across large-scale projects.
