Core Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.

• Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR databases accurately.

• Assist with employee onboarding and coordinate joining formalities.

• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Track attendance and leave records while ensuring data accuracy.

• Help plan and organize employee engagement initiatives and activities.

Required Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM or a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

• 0–6 months of HR experience; freshers with a genuine interest in HR are encouraged to apply.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.

• Good organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior internship experience in HR or administration.

• Familiarity with basic HR processes such as onboarding and documentation.

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the HR domain.
