About the Role

Jigsaw is looking for an HR Operations Executive to join its HR team on a six-month contractual assignment. This role is ideal for early-career HR professionals who enjoy working with payroll support, employee records, and HR administration while gaining practical experience in a structured and collaborative environment.

You'll play a key role in ensuring accurate HR operations and supporting seamless employee lifecycle processes.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assist with payroll inputs and maintain accurate HR data.

• Manage offboarding documentation and employee system deactivation.

• Support employee benefits administration, including insurance, Provident Fund (PF), and gratuity updates.

• Process reimbursement claims for travel, medical, and other eligible expenses.

• Coordinate with the Finance team to ensure timely and accurate employee data sharing.

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation with a high level of accuracy.

• Support day-to-day HR operations while ensuring compliance with established policies and processes.

What We're Looking For

• Around 1 year of experience in HR Operations or payroll support.

• Good understanding of HR administration and employee data management.

• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.

• Good communication and coordination abilities.

• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
