HR Operations Executive

About the Role

Nice Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced HR Operations Executive to support and enhance its people processes. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys managing employee lifecycle activities, improving HR processes, ensuring compliance, and delivering a seamless employee experience.

You'll play a key role in maintaining efficient HR operations while collaborating with multiple stakeholders to support organizational growth and operational excellence.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and background verification.

• Maintain employee records and ensure accurate HRMS data management.

• Support HR policy implementation and contribute to policy development initiatives.

• Prepare and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and HR process documentation.

• Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace procedures.

• Support performance management processes and employee-related initiatives.

• Assist with compliance activities, audits, and HR governance requirements.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of HR operations and employee services.

• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• MBA or Post-Graduate qualification in Human Resources or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Operations.

• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management and HR processes.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Good analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and documentation capabilities.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Prior experience in the IT industry will be an added advantage.
