Are you curious about the startup and investing ecosystem and looking to build a career in talent and recruitment? Break Into VC is looking for an HR Operations Intern to support end-to-end recruitment and help build one of the most specialized talent platforms in the investing space.
This internship offers a front-row seat to the VC, PE, and startup world while giving you direct exposure to founders, investors, and senior operators from day one.
What You'll Be Doing
Work exclusively on hiring mandates from VC funds, PE firms, investment banks, and growth-stage startups.
Interact directly with founders, investors, and senior operators.
Support end-to-end recruitment and talent operations.
Help build and scale a specialized talent platform within the investing ecosystem.
What We're Looking For
Excellent communication skills.
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to execute independently.
Curious, proactive, and comfortable figuring things out on your own.
Prior experience in VC, startups, recruiting, or talent is a plus.
