This internship offers a great chance to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, data analysis, and process improvement while contributing to meaningful HR initiatives.
What You'll Be Doing
Assist with data analysis and report creation.
Handle day-to-day HR operational activities.
Support HR policy development initiatives.
Assist in process improvements and idea generation.
What We're Looking For
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas, data handling, and reporting.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of HR processes and operations.
Ability to work with data and generate meaningful insights.
Proactive, energetic, and self-driven attitude.
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
