HR Operations Lead / Assistant Manager – HR Operations

About the Role

Are you an experienced HR Operations professional ready to take on a leadership role in a dynamic GCC or IT services environment? Accenture in India is looking for an HR Operations Lead / Assistant Manager to manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes and lead a high-performing HR Operations team.

This role offers a great opportunity to drive service delivery excellence, manage employee benefits, and contribute to building a best-in-class HR Shared Services function.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, employee changes, offboarding, and full and final settlements.

• Supervise and mentor HR Operations team members while ensuring service delivery excellence and SLA adherence.

• Manage employee benefits administration including insurance, flexible benefits, statutory benefits, vendor coordination, and employee communications.

• Ensure smooth functioning of HR Shared Services operations and adherence to service metrics.

What We're Looking For

• 7-10 years of progressive experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services.

• Minimum 2 years of team leadership or supervisory experience.

• Experience working in a GCC, IT, or technology services environment.

• Strong understanding of HR Shared Services operating models and service metrics.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
