Vistex is looking for an experienced HR Operations professional to lead critical people processes and ensure seamless HR service delivery. Core Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employee changes, offboarding, and full and final settlements.

• Supervise, mentor, and support HR Operations team members to ensure high-quality service delivery and achievement of defined service levels (SLAs).

• Manage employee benefits administration, including insurance programs, flexible benefits, statutory benefits, and employee communications.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure efficient execution of HR operational activities.

• Monitor HR service metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and drive process excellence initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and support the effective functioning of HR Shared Services operations.

Required Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or related HR functions.

• Minimum 2 years of experience leading or supervising HR teams.

• Prior experience working within a Global Capability Center (GCC), IT Services, or technology-driven environment.

• Strong understanding of HR Shared Services operating models, service delivery frameworks, and performance metrics.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and operational efficiency.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and people leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling employee benefits administration and vendor management.

• Exposure to HR process improvement and transformation initiatives.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use service metrics to enhance operational effectiveness.

• Familiarity with HR systems and employee lifecycle management tools.
