Core Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle management.

• Manage onboarding, exit formalities, HR documentation, and policy implementation.

• Ensure adherence to HR processes, compliance requirements, and organizational guidelines.

• Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.

• Support and coordinate performance management activities across teams.

• Drive process efficiency and ensure seamless collaboration within the HR function.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Operations or a similar HR Generalist role.

• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management and HR best practices.

• Experience handling HR policies, documentation, and compliance-related activities.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
