What You'll Be Doing
Manage end-to-end HR operations from onboarding to offboarding.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Handle HRIS, payroll coordination, and data management.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and resolve employee queries.
Improve HR processes to enhance operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For
6-10 years of experience in HR operations.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance.
Experience in the manufacturing/automotive sector preferred.
Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
