
Aptiva Corp is looking for an experienced HR Operations (Onboarding Specialist) to support employee onboarding and HR operations for Deloitte.
This role is suited for an HR professional with experience in the staffing or recruitment industry, particularly those who have managed implementation partner accounts and employee lifecycle activities for large enterprise clients.
You’ll work closely with employees, clients, and internal teams to manage onboarding, documentation, payroll coordination, timesheets, attendance, and other HR requirements while ensuring processes follow applicable company and client policies.
Manage end-to-end employee onboarding, from documentation to joining.
Generate and issue offer letters and other onboarding documents.
Act as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for employees throughout the onboarding process.
Handle payroll-related employee queries and coordinate with internal payroll teams.
Collect, review, and validate employee timesheets.
Maintain leave records and monitor employee attendance.
Coordinate Background Verification (BGV) processes.
Assist with salary negotiations when required.
Manage HR operations and employee lifecycle activities for a large employee base.
Coordinate with clients, employees, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of HR processes.
Ensure onboarding and HR operations comply with relevant client and company policies.
2–6 years of relevant experience in HR Operations or Employee Onboarding.
Mandatory experience working with a staffing or recruitment company.
Experience managing Implementation Partner (IMP) accounts for enterprise clients such as Deloitte, Accenture, TCS, HCL, or similar organizations.
Candidates currently on the payroll of a staffing company or third-party vendor will be strongly preferred.
Experience managing HR operations for 100+ employees.
Strong understanding of onboarding, payroll coordination, timesheet management, leave management, and employee relations.
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
MBA in Human Resources will be preferred.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple employee and onboarding requirements simultaneously.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and employee management skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with employees, clients, and internal stakeholders.
A proactive approach to resolving operational and employee-related requirements.
