HR Operations & Statutory Compliance Professional

Are you a detail-oriented HR professional with strong expertise in payroll and statutory compliance? CARE Hospitals is looking for a skilled professional to join the HR team and support attendance management, statutory compliance, and HR operations.

This role offers a great opportunity to take ownership of payroll accuracy, compliance, and vendor coordination within a healthcare environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Maintain accurate employee attendance, leave, and shift records.

• Maintain monthly payroll data with complete accuracy and timeliness.

• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including PF, ESI, PT, and LWF.

• Prepare payroll MIS reports and support audits.

• Manage outsourced labour and vendor coordination.

• Coordinate with internal departments to handle day-to-day queries.

What We're Looking For

• 3-8 years of experience in HR Operations / Payroll.

• Strong knowledge of PF, ESI, PT, and other statutory requirements.

• Hands-on experience with HRMS / payroll software.

• Good communication and analytical skills.

• Male candidates with hospital exposure preferred.
