HR Professional

Max Healthcare is looking for an experienced HR Professional to lead strategic and operational Human Resources functions across its healthcare operations in Western India. This leadership role is ideal for seasoned HR professionals with extensive experience in the hospital sector who can drive workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, and operational excellence.

You'll work closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals while ensuring effective people management and compliance.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead manpower planning and workforce budgeting in alignment with business requirements.

• Partner with business leaders on manpower planning, budgeting, and HR cost management.

• Drive governance initiatives by leading daily operational meetings and facilitating weekly, monthly, and quarterly leadership reviews.

• Manage talent acquisition with a focus on doctor and clinical hiring.

• Develop and execute employee and clinician engagement initiatives to enhance workforce experience.

• Monitor HR metrics, attrition trends, and MIS dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including employee lifecycle management, payroll, and HR administration.

• Lead learning and development initiatives to strengthen organizational capability.

• Ensure compliance with labour laws, healthcare regulations, and internal HR policies.

• Collaborate with leadership to implement strategic HR initiatives that support organizational growth.

What We're Looking For

• 12+ years of experience in Core Human Resources, with mandatory experience in a hospital or healthcare environment.

• Strong expertise in manpower planning, HR budgeting, and workforce management.

• Proven experience in HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and payroll management.

• Strong understanding of HR governance, statutory compliance, and labour laws.

• Experience managing HR MIS, workforce analytics, and attrition reporting.

• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

• Ability to lead large HR teams and partner effectively with senior business leaders.
