HR Recruiter Intern

FreshDuniya is offering a paid HR Recruiter Internship for individuals who want to start their career in Human Resources and Recruitment. This remote internship is ideal for freshers and aspiring HR professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process while working from home.

You'll learn the fundamentals of Talent Acquisition and develop practical recruitment skills under the guidance of the HR team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support recruitment and Talent Acquisition activities.

• Source and screen candidates for open positions.

• Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Schedule interviews and manage candidate follow-ups.

• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

• Assist with hiring documentation and onboarding support.

• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

What We're Looking For

• Freshers or candidates interested in building a career in HR Recruitment.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
