HR Recruiter Intern

TrueView is looking for enthusiastic HR Recruiter Interns to join its Talent Acquisition team in Navi Mumbai. This internship is an excellent opportunity for freshers and students who are interested in IT Recruitment and want to gain practical experience in the end-to-end recruitment process within a technology-driven organization.

You'll work alongside experienced recruiters while developing the skills needed to build a successful career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support end-to-end IT recruitment activities.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates for technical roles.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

• Assist with recruitment documentation and reporting.

• Support the Talent Acquisition team with day-to-day hiring activities.

What We're Looking For

• Freshers or candidates pursuing/completing graduation.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Genuine interest in Human Resources and IT Recruitment.

• Willingness to work from the office in Mahape, Navi Mumbai.

• Good organizational and coordination skills.

• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
