HR Recruiter (Non-IT Recruitment)

About the Role

2COMS Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an HR Recruiter (Non-IT Recruitment) to manage high-volume hiring for one of its leading MNC clients. This role is ideal for recruitment professionals with hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring, bulk recruitment, and sourcing talent across non-IT functions.

You'll be responsible for delivering quality hires while working in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding coordination.

• Drive bulk and mass hiring initiatives for Non-IT positions.

• Source, screen, and assess candidates through job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Recruit for Sales, BPO, BFSI, and other Non-IT roles.

• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing hiring requirements.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure timely closures and an excellent candidate experience.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience.

• Proven experience in end-to-end Non-IT recruitment.

• Strong background in bulk/mass hiring.

• Experience hiring for Sales, BPO, and BFSI roles.

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

• Immediate joiners or candidates available to join within 15 days are preferred.

Important Note

• Freshers are not eligible for this role.

• Candidates with experience limited to HR Operations, HR Generalist, Payroll, Administration, or HR Executive roles without practical recruitment experience will not be considered.
