What You'll Be Doing

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to candidate selection.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.

• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring teams.

• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Track candidate progress and maintain recruitment records and databases.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
