HR Recruitment Intern

Being Networks is looking for HR Recruitment Interns to join its recruitment team in Mumbai. This internship is ideal for students and fresh graduates who want to build a career in Talent Acquisition while gaining hands-on experience in both IT and Non-IT hiring.

You'll work closely with experienced recruiters and be involved in the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Assist the Talent Acquisition team with day-to-day recruitment activities.

• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

What We're Looking For

• MBA (HR), BMS, BBA, or MHRDM students or fresh graduates.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for recruitment and Talent Acquisition.

• Good organizational and coordination abilities.

• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.

• Immediate joiners are preferred.
