HR – Recruitment & Operations

About the Role

Are you a dynamic HR professional with a strong understanding of talent acquisition and HR operations? Infina Finance is looking for an HR professional to join the team on a third-party payroll basis.

This role offers a great opportunity to manage recruitment and employee lifecycle processes while coordinating with stakeholders across the organization.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.

• Handle HR operations and employee lifecycle management.

• Coordinate background verification (BGV) for new hires.

• Maintain HR documentation and ensure records are up to date.

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on HR-related matters.

What We're Looking For

• 2-5 years of experience in Recruitment and HR Operations.

• Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes.

• Good knowledge of HR documentation and employee lifecycle management.

• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

• Willingness to work on a third-party payroll basis.
