Hiring: HR Intern (Remote) Omysha Foundation A4G & VONG Movement
Are you passionate about Human Resources, community building, startup culture, and the future of AI in the workplace?
We're looking for a proactive and growth-oriented HR Intern who is eager to explore how AI can transform HR practices while contributing to meaningful people, culture, and performance initiatives.
Primary Role: HR Operations & People Enablement
• Recruitment, onboarding, learning and employee engagement
• Employee communication, grievance handling & satisfaction tracking
• Performance Management
• Researching AI tools and trends in HR
• Supporting Organisational Performance Management (OPM) initiatives including alignment, accountability, and performance observations
Secondary Role: Community Building & Team Culture Building
Focus: Building ownership, collaboration, and strong team engagement within A4G's core community
Build meaningful working relationships with core team members and contributors
Understand individual strengths, motivations, and team dynamics to improve collaboration
Create a sense of ownership and belonging among community members
Support engagement initiatives and creative participation activities to improve accountability and involvement
Encourage alignment, proactive communication, and healthy team collaboration
Motivate members to take initiative, represent A4G externally, and contribute beyond assigned responsibilities
This role blends HR, people engagement, culture-building, and organizational alignment in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.

What We're Looking For:
• Background in HRM / Organisational Psychology
• Strong empathy, emotional intelligence & communication skills
• Interest in AI, HR Tech & startup ecosystems
• Ability to use AI/prompts effectively for planning and execution
• Self-driven, adaptable, and eager to learn in a remote environment
Duration: 6 Months
Timings: 3 PM - 9 PM (Remote)
Stipend:
The above stipend amounts are for a minimum of 30 hours per week of time investment, and the Performance appraisal will be evaluated based on the organisation's values and role KRAs
