At Fruitbowl Digital, we're a 60+ person creative agency that runs on good energy and great people. We're looking for an HR Intern who wants to get their hands dirty across real hiring and people work, not just filing and scheduling.

The Role

You'll be working directly with our HR function on live recruitment and day-to-day people operations. This isn't a shadow-and-observe internship. You'll be sourcing candidates, talking to people, and actually contributing to how the team grows.

What You'll Do

• Source and screen candidates across creative, strategy, and digital roles
• Post and manage job listings across LinkedIn and other platforms
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
• Support onboarding of new joiners
• Help maintain HR documentation, trackers, and databases
• Pitch in on any people or culture initiatives as they come up

What We're Looking For

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Psychology, Management, or any related field
• Someone curious, organised, and genuinely a people person
• Comfortable reaching out to strangers, sourcing doesn't scare you
• Good written and verbal communication in English
• Mumbai-based and available for a minimum 3-month internship

Bonus Points

• Prior internship experience in HR or recruitment
• Familiar with LinkedIn as a sourcing tool
