Human Resources Manager

CrystalVoxx Global LLP is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead key HR functions and drive people-focused initiatives across the organization. This role is ideal for HR professionals with leadership experience who can manage recruitment, HR operations, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement while fostering a positive and high-performing workplace culture.

You'll work closely with business leaders to strengthen HR processes, support organizational growth, and build an engaging employee experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition across business functions.

• Oversee payroll management and ensure timely and accurate payroll coordination.

• Build strong employee relations by addressing concerns and promoting a positive work environment.

• Manage HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, and HR administration.

• Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies.

• Support performance management initiatives and employee development programs.

• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and best practices.

• Lead and mentor the HR team while partnering with business stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in an HR leadership or HR Manager role.

• Strong expertise in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR operations.

• Hands-on experience with payroll management and statutory compliance.

• Good understanding of employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple HR functions in a fast-paced business environment.
