About the Role

Roach Lifescapes is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead key HR functions and foster a people-first workplace culture. This role is ideal for HR professionals with strong expertise in HR operations, talent acquisition, employee relations, and statutory compliance who enjoy partnering with business leaders to build high-performing teams.

You'll play a strategic role in driving employee engagement while ensuring smooth and compliant HR operations across the organization.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle management.

• Manage talent acquisition and recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

• Build positive employee relations and support employee engagement initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and HR policies.

• Partner with leadership to strengthen people practices and organizational culture.

• Drive initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in Human Resources.

• Prior experience in the Real Estate industry is preferred.

• Experience in the Hospitality industry will be an added advantage.

• Strong expertise in HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and Statutory Compliance.

• Fluency in Kannada is mandatory.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• Female candidates are preferred for this role.
