Jr. HR Associate / Talent Acquisition

CyberNX Technologies is looking for a Jr. HR Associate / Talent Acquisition Executive to join its growing recruitment team. This role is ideal for early-career HR professionals who are passionate about recruitment and want to build a career in IT and Cyber Security hiring.

You'll support the end-to-end recruitment process while gaining hands-on exposure to technical hiring in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support end-to-end recruitment for IT and Cyber Security roles.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support timely hiring.

• Assist with recruitment reporting and other Talent Acquisition activities.

What We're Looking For

• 0–1 year of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.

• Basic understanding of IT and Cyber Security hiring.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to source, screen, and coordinate candidate interviews.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Eagerness to learn and build a career in technical recruitment.

• Immediate joiners are preferred.
