Simhadri Engineering is looking for an experienced Payroll HR Executive to manage payroll operations, statutory compliance, and core HR processes. This role is ideal for HR professionals who have strong payroll expertise and enjoy handling employee lifecycle management while ensuring compliance with labour laws and organizational policies.
You'll play a key role in delivering accurate payroll, maintaining HR records, and supporting day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced work environment.
Process end-to-end monthly payroll accurately and on time.
Manage attendance, leave records, overtime, shift data, and payroll inputs.
Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities.
Maintain employee databases, HRIS records, and confidential HR documentation.
Ensure statutory compliance, including Provident Fund (PF), Employees' State Insurance (ESI), Professional Tax (PT), Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), Bonus, and Gratuity.
Prepare payroll MIS reports, salary reconciliation statements, and HR reports.
Coordinate with the Finance team for payroll accounting and salary disbursement.
Resolve employee queries related to salaries, deductions, reimbursements, and benefits.
Support recruitment, induction, employee engagement, and other HR initiatives.
Prepare HR documents such as appointment letters, confirmation letters, increment letters, transfer orders, and relieving letters.
Assist during internal and statutory audits while ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies.
2–5 years of experience in Payroll and HR Operations.
MBA (HR), MSW, PGDM (HR), or any graduate with relevant payroll experience.
Strong hands-on experience in payroll processing and employee lifecycle management.
Good knowledge of statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, and labour laws.
Proficiency in payroll software and Advanced Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and MIS reporting.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Experience in the Construction, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Engineering, or Facility Management industries.
