Core Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating hiring processes.

• Oversee onboarding activities to ensure a smooth and positive experience for new employees.

• Drive employee engagement initiatives that strengthen workplace culture and improve employee satisfaction.

• Support day-to-day HR operations, including employee documentation, policy implementation, and HR administration.

• Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers, addressing HR-related queries and providing guidance where needed.

• Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to support people initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Resources, including MBA (HR), PGDM (HR), MHRM, or an equivalent qualification.

• 4–8 years of relevant experience across core HR functions.

• Hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and people management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working with healthcare organizations, particularly in medical coding, medical billing, healthcare insurance, or related domains.

• Exposure to HR Business Partnering responsibilities and stakeholder management.

• Experience working in fast-paced and dynamic business environments.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and employee-centric mindset.
