Recruitment (hr) Intern - College Relations & Talent Partnerships

We are looking for ambitious, communication-driven individuals who want real-world exposure in recruitment, outreach, institutional networking, and talent acquisition.
This is not a conventional HR internship focused on administrative paperwork.
This is a high-exposure outreach and coordination role where interns actively work on:
• College partnerships
• Placement coordination
• Recruitment campaigns
• Institutional communication
• Talent acquisition support
• Hiring ecosystem development
You will directly contribute to building college hiring pipelines and strengthening institutional partnerships across multiple campuses.
Key Note:
The Talent Acquisition & Campus Outreach department is offering this internship for 3 months that requires a full-time commitment. Candidates will be expected to work a standard five-day weekly schedule for the duration of the program.
Key Responsibilities
1. College Outreach & Institutional Partnerships
• Connect with Placement Cells, TPOs, and student communities
• Reach out to colleges via email, LinkedIn, and calls
• Present internship and hiring opportunities offered by DigiChakra360
• Build long-term professional relationships with institutions
• Support expansion of campus hiring partnerships
2. Recruitment & Hiring Coordination
• Assist in candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, Internshala, and outreach channels
• Coordinate hiring campaigns, internship drives, and student engagement initiatives
• Help schedule interviews, webinars, and recruitment activities
• Support communication between colleges and internal teams
3. Communication & Relationship Management
• Maintain professional communication with placement officers and candidates
• Handle follow-ups, scheduling, coordination, and information sharing
• Build and maintain institutional relationship databases
• Strengthen DigiChakra360’s presence across college ecosystems
4. Data Management & Reporting
• Maintain organized records of outreach and engagement
• Track college responses and partnership progress
• Prepare simple reports and updates for internal review
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for individuals who are:
• Strong communicators with good spoken and written English
• Confident with outreach, networking, and relationship-building
• Comfortable using LinkedIn, email communication, and phone calls
• Organized, disciplined, and follow-up driven
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Interested in HR, recruitment, talent acquisition, or partnerships
• Comfortable working in a remote execution-focused environment
Preferred Skills:
• Basic understanding of recruitment or HR processes
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, MS Excel, Google Sheets, or communication tools
Exposure & Learning Path
This is a high-exposure training internship focused on practical industry learning, execution, and real-world professional development.
Please note the first 3 months are unpaid, as selected interns receive direct mentorship, structured training, operational guidance, and exposure to live recruitment systems from the DigiChakra360 team.
Unlike traditional internships limited to observational tasks, interns here gain hands-on experience in:
