About the Role

SkillActz is looking for experienced Recruitment and Talent Acquisition professionals to join its growing team in Trivandrum. This opportunity is ideal for recruiters who can independently manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, handle multiple client requirements, and source quality talent across diverse industries.

Candidates with prior consultancy or staffing recruitment experience will be highly preferred.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple client requirements across various industries.

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, internal databases, and other recruitment channels.

• Screen and assess candidates based on client requirements.

• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and clients.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.

• Manage recruitment trackers and applicant data using ATS platforms.

• Prepare recruitment reports and maintain hiring MIS using Microsoft Excel.

• Deliver quality hires while meeting recruitment targets and timelines.

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of hands-on recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience.

• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment independently.

• Consultancy or staffing recruitment experience is preferred.

• Strong sourcing expertise using Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment platforms.

• Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

• Target-driven mindset with strong ownership and problem-solving skills.
