Regional HR (Recruitment + HR Generalist)

Seeds Fincap Private Limited is looking for a Regional HR (Recruitment + HR Generalist) to lead hiring initiatives and support core HR functions across the region. This role is ideal for HR professionals who enjoy balancing talent acquisition with employee relations, performance management, and day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced business environment.

You'll play a key role in building high-performing teams while ensuring smooth execution of HR processes and fostering a positive employee experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for NBFC/BFSI roles across the assigned region.

• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and drive timely hiring.

• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

• Handle employee relations and provide support on HR-related matters.

• Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives.

• Manage HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective execution of HR policies and people initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in Recruitment and HR Generalist functions.

• Experience hiring for the NBFC or BFSI sector is preferred.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment and HR operations.

• Experience in employee relations, performance management, and stakeholder management.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
