Senior Executive – HR Operations (Workday & Onboarding)

WPP Media India is looking for a Senior Executive – HR Operations (Workday & Onboarding) to join its Talent Operations team. This role is ideal for HR professionals with experience in employee lifecycle management and Workday who are passionate about delivering seamless onboarding experiences, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting core HR operations.

You'll work closely with employees, managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient HR processes while maintaining high standards of data integrity and operational excellence.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage employee onboarding activities and ensure all pre-joining formalities are completed before the Date of Joining (DOJ).

• Support employees by resolving Workday onboarding queries and providing process guidance.

• Process manager changes through Workday Org Studio.

• Handle bank account approvals, validations, and reconciliations.

• Maintain accurate employee records and data within Workday.

• Update onboarding trackers, Smartsheets, governance reports, and HR dashboards.

• Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, job changes, and organizational updates.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate HR operations.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations and Employee Lifecycle Management.

• Hands-on experience with Workday, including onboarding, job changes, and Org Studio.

• Strong understanding of HR operations and employee data management.

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.

• Experience with onboarding trackers, Smartsheets, and HR reporting is an advantage.
