Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition (Lateral Hiring)

Hexaware Technologies is looking for a Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition (Lateral Hiring) to drive end-to-end recruitment for lateral talent. This role is ideal for recruitment professionals who enjoy building talent pipelines, partnering with hiring managers, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

You'll play a key role in attracting, assessing, and hiring high-quality talent while contributing to recruitment process excellence.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.

• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for lateral hiring requirements.

• Conduct initial screening interviews, skill assessments, and reference checks.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and align recruitment strategies.

• Manage the offer rollout process, including salary negotiations and candidate closures.

• Track recruitment metrics such as Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, and Quality-of-Hire.

• Deliver a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in lateral hiring.

• Graduation is mandatory.

• Strong expertise in sourcing and end-to-end recruitment.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer management.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor and improve recruitment KPIs.

• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.
