Senior HR Executive

Goodveda is looking for a Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations across recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, and compliance. This role is ideal for an HR Generalist who enjoys handling diverse HR responsibilities, improving employee experiences, and supporting business growth in a fast-paced work environment.

You'll play a key role in managing the complete employee lifecycle while ensuring efficient HR processes and compliance.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.

• Process payroll and support attendance and leave management.

• Handle day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.

• Coordinate employee onboarding, exit formalities, and employee lifecycle processes.

• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives.

• Support performance management and appraisal processes.

• Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and HR MIS reports.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies.

• Address employee queries and support employee relations and grievance handling.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Executive roles.

• Hands-on experience in both recruitment and payroll processing.

• Strong understanding of HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and statutory compliance.

• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and HRMS platforms.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work independently while managing multiple HR responsibilities effectively.
