Senior HR Executive

MTC Group is looking for an experienced and driven Senior HR Executive to support and strengthen its people operations at the Gummidipoondi location. This role is ideal for HR professionals who have hands-on experience across recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, and employee development, particularly within manufacturing or industrial environments.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, with a strong focus on blue-collar hiring.

• Manage payroll processes and ensure timely and accurate salary administration.

• Oversee statutory compliance activities and ensure adherence to applicable labour laws and regulations.

• Coordinate training and development initiatives to support employee growth and capability building.

• Handle day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, documentation, and policy implementation.

• Partner with internal stakeholders to address workforce requirements and maintain smooth HR processes.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.

• Proven expertise in blue-collar recruitment, payroll administration, and HR operations.

• Strong understanding of statutory compliance and labour regulations.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills.

• Ability to manage multiple HR responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA with specialization in Human Resources is preferred.

• Experience in Training and Development (T&D) initiatives.

• Prior exposure to manufacturing, industrial, or plant HR environments will be an advantage.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to employee relations and HR processes.
