Senior HR Executive

Vrinsoft Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Senior HR Executive with strong experience in HR Generalist functions within the IT services industry. This role is ideal for professionals who can independently manage end-to-end HR operations and have hands-on expertise with the KEKA HRMS platform.

You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth HR processes, supporting employees throughout their lifecycle, and maintaining compliance while contributing to a positive workplace culture.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.

• Administer payroll, attendance, leave management, and performance management using KEKA HRMS.

• Ensure accurate employee records and HR documentation.

• Support statutory compliance and maintain adherence to HR policies and labor regulations.

• Handle employee relations, resolve HR-related queries, and support engagement initiatives.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient HR service delivery.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and operational excellence.

What We're Looking For

• 4–6 years of HR Generalist experience in an IT Services or Software Development company (mandatory).

• Strong hands-on experience with KEKA HRMS, including payroll, Performance Management System (PMS), attendance, and leave management.

• Good understanding of HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and statutory compliance.

• Experience handling employee relations and day-to-day HR administration.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

• Candidates based in Ahmedabad are preferred.

• Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15–20 days will be given preference.
