Senior HR / HR Manager

KM Career Infinity is hiring a Senior HR / HR Manager for a well-established Financial Services organization with over 30 years of industry presence. This role is ideal for HR Generalists who enjoy managing multiple HR functions, driving employee engagement, and ensuring smooth HR operations across the organization.

You'll take ownership of key HR processes while partnering with leadership to build a positive and compliant workplace.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.

• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.

• Coordinate payroll processing, attendance management, and related HR activities.

• Oversee HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and statutory compliance.

• Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives.

• Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and HR MIS reports.

• Handle employee grievances and provide timely HR support.

• Ensure adherence to HR policies and organizational procedures.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role.

• Strong hands-on experience across recruitment, payroll coordination, HR operations, and employee engagement.

• Good understanding of HR compliance, documentation, and employee lifecycle management.

• Experience preparing HR MIS reports and maintaining HR records.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong organizational abilities with the capability to manage multiple HR responsibilities.
