Senior HR Operations Executive

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage employee and contractor offboarding activities, including large-scale or bulk offboarding initiatives.

• Handle Full & Final (F&F) settlements, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

• Support payroll validation and processing to maintain accuracy and compliance.

• Administer employee benefits programs and address employee queries related to benefits.

• Utilize Advanced Excel and Power BI to generate reports, analyze HR data, and provide actionable insights.

• Work with HRMS platforms to streamline workflows and support process automation initiatives.

• Conduct and support HR audits, compliance checks, and ISO-related HR processes.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless HR service delivery and process excellence.

• Identify opportunities for improving HR operations and contribute to the implementation of best practices.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Operations or a related HR function.

• Hands-on experience in payroll processing, F&F settlements, and employee lifecycle management.

• Strong proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Power BI.

• Familiarity with HRMS tools and exposure to process automation initiatives.

• Understanding of HR compliance requirements, audits, and ISO processes.

• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling bulk offboarding projects and complex HR operational activities.

• Exposure to HR transformation or process improvement initiatives.

• Ability to interpret HR metrics and leverage data to support decision-making.
