Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition

Zinnov is seeking a Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition to join its growing Global Excellence (GE) practice. This leadership role is designed for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional who can develop enterprise-wide hiring strategies while leading large-scale recruitment initiatives across a global, matrixed organization.

You'll partner with senior business leaders, build high-performing recruitment teams, and drive data-backed hiring decisions to support business growth.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and execute enterprise-scale Talent Acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruitment team, building capability and bench strength.

• Partner with senior stakeholders across global, cross-functional teams to understand workforce planning and hiring priorities.

• Drive high-volume, niche, leadership, and diversity hiring initiatives.

• Monitor recruitment performance using data, analytics, and hiring funnel insights to improve efficiency.

• Optimize recruitment processes and implement best practices to enhance hiring outcomes.

• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future business needs.

• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

What We're Looking For

• 15–18 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a high-growth, results-driven environment.

• Experience working within global, matrixed organizations.

• Background in product engineering or technology hiring is preferred.

• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities.

• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

• Strong analytical mindset with experience using recruitment metrics and hiring dashboards.

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, manage ambiguity, and drive large-scale hiring initiatives.
