Core Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple open positions.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define hiring strategies.

• Source, screen, and assess candidates to identify the best fit for business requirements.

• Conduct interviews and coordinate the selection process efficiently.

• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

• Track hiring progress and ensure timely closure of vacancies to support business growth.

Required Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.

• Prior recruitment experience within the real estate industry is mandatory.

• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proven ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
