About This Role
As the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for driving recruitment strategies and directions for hires across our global and remote offices, with the end goal of cultivating a culture of high performance within the organization. This role reports to the Head of Talent Acquisition and involves a hands‑on role in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates.
What You Will Be Doing
- Partner with stakeholders to execute on Cialfo’s hiring strategy.
- Work closely with business to understand organization structure, responsibilities, strengths and weaknesses, and key business drivers; use this information to develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Identify, approach, interview, and assess a diverse pool of candidates ranging from junior to executive levels.
- Build strong talent pipelines, execute sourcing campaigns, and engage with talent throughout the entire recruitment process.
- Deliver an amazing, engaging, and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Build compelling job descriptions and advertise them on appropriate channels and job boards.
- Perform recruitment data collection and analysis.
- Spearhead and lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition project management.
About You
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in the relevant field.
Experience
- 4+ years of recruitment experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proven leadership experience managing and building a team of Talent acquisition professionals.
- Extensive knowledge of recruitment and sourcing tools, techniques, and mediums.
- Tech savvy and comfortable with GSuite, LinkedIn, Greenhouse or other ATS.
- Works well in a fast‑paced environment and is able to move fast to make things happen.
Skills and Qualities
- Ability to deliver results with little supervision in a hyper‑growth environment while effectively managing multiple requests and candidates simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a changing environment, comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; solution‑driven, highly organized and detail‑orientated with good decision‑making and time‑management skills.
- Able to communicate (written, verbal) well with colleagues from various departments.
