About the Job
Accelya is looking for an experienced Specialist – Regional HR / HR Generalist to lead end-to-end HR operations and deliver an exceptional employee experience. This role is ideal for HR professionals with a strong background in HR operations, employee relations, compliance, and employee lifecycle management who enjoy partnering with business teams to drive people-focused initiatives.
You'll play a key role in supporting regional HR activities while ensuring smooth HR processes and fostering a positive workplace culture.
What You'll Be Doing
Manage end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle.
Support employee onboarding, development, and offboarding processes.
Build and maintain positive employee relations while addressing workplace concerns.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, labour laws, and statutory requirements.
Partner with business leaders to implement HR initiatives and support organizational goals.
Manage HR documentation, employee records, and operational processes.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee experience.
Support HR reporting and continuous process improvements.
What We're Looking For
MBA or PGDM in Human Resources.
6–10 years of experience in an HR Generalist or Regional HR role.
Strong expertise in HR operations, employee relations, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.
Good understanding of labour laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple HR priorities in a dynamic business environment.
Candidates based in Goa will be preferred.
